Store credits
Looking for some advice and your opinion. I want to start working with some kind of store credits. I want this to be bigger then an affiliate system, so I want people to be able to earn credits for buying certain products in certain periods, or when they send me a new customer, or when they share a launch etc.
I was going to create this by generating coupon codes that the customer can use on any product in my shop, but unfortunately my software doesn't allow me to add the same coupon code to multiple products. This means I have to come up with a work around and I need your opinion about that:
If you were to buy a product from me and with that product receive some store credits. Would you be okay by checking out my shop, emailing me the product you want, receiving a custom coupon code from me and then buy the product?
I think this could be a real no-go for my customers and it would make it very easy to say 'too bad for the credit, but this is too much of an effort'.
I would still use the credits, since it's free money
I would let it go, too much work
