Stop Overthinking Your Webinar Topic 😵‍💫
TL;DR: Get It Done Week: Your Live Webinar starts Monday. Join us for free! 🎉
“But what would I teach?”
That’s usually the first question people ask when I tell them to host a live webinar.
They assume they need a groundbreaking topic nobody has ever discussed before.
Something wildly original.
Something that will make the internet stop scrolling, gasp dramatically, and declare them the greatest teacher of their generation.
Please calm down, dude. 💛
Your webinar topic doesn’t need to be revolutionary.
It needs to be USEFUL.
The best webinar topic might already be sitting inside:
A question clients ask you repeatedly
A mistake your audience keeps making (my fave!)
A problem your offer solves
A step from your signature process
Something you wish people understood before hiring you
A strategy that helped one of your clients get a result
A belief that’s keeping your audience stuck
You’re not trying to teach everything you know.
That’s how you end up with 100 slides, a 3-hour webinar, and attendees quietly questioning every life choice that brought them there. These are the WORST!
  1. Choose one specific person.
  2. Choose one frustrating problem.
  3. Choose one useful result.
  4. Then teach them the next steps.
For example:
❌ Instead of “How to Grow Your Business,” teach:
✅ How to Start 5 Sales Conversations Without Cold Pitching
❌ Instead of “Email Marketing 101,” teach:
✅ How to Plan Your Next Month of Sales Emails in 30 Minutes
❌ Instead of “Get Healthy,” teach:
✅ Build a 10-Minute Morning Routine You’ll Actually Follow
Specific sells.
Useful builds trust.
And the right topic leads naturally to your paid offer.
During Get It Done Week, I’m going to help you choose that topic, build your training, fill the room, host the webinar, and make a clear invitation to buy.
We start Monday, August 10, at 4:00 pm Pacific for our Kickoff Call.
And if you’d love another set of eyes on your idea before then, please schedule your free 15-minute Insight Call.
I’ll help you figure out what your audience needs to hear and how your webinar can lead toward the thing you sell.
Your topic doesn’t need to be genius, but it does need to be DONE.
