I'm really conflicted right now!

Here’s my situation, I’m currently struggling to attract any clients or leads as a newer business owner. I’ve also been debating whether or not I should offer brand and graphic design for free to get the experience and proof that I desperately need. What I really need from y’all right now is your suggestions.

A lil bout me: I’m an autistic brand and graphic designer trying to start my own business after spending over 3 years post-college applying for jobs to no avail. I’m currently targeting neurodivergent and/or creative entrepreneurs as my ideal clients since I’m more familiar with being part of both of those communities. I’ve also been looking for and creating more design briefs and passion projects to improve my skills (and managed to complete 4 so far), which can only get you so far in this volatile economy we've found ourselves in (yes, I use AI for several tasks; please don't dox me for saving my spoons).

Bottom line, I need help deciding if I should do brand identity for free or offer a paid beta package instead.
