This is an email-based membership for small business owners who want help thinking clearly, making decisions, and leading their business like a CEO.

$7 for the first 25 members then $17 month.

Early in the week I send one short leadership question designed to provide a focus on what matters most around decision making and clarity (e.g. what decision are you avoiding because it feels uncomfortable?) along with the signs you might unintentionally fall into this category.

The email also invites members (optional) to reply with a leadership or decision-making question they want perspective on.

Later in the week I then send out the CEO Clarity email responding to selected anonymised questions from members so everyone can get clarity using my own framework so they can see how I work through decision making from my 18 years in leadership.

The framework is based on my own ‘Decision Detox’ work so the members can use the steps and build their own clarity and decisiveness instead of relying on external advice.

After 32 days in the membership they get free access to the Decision Detox programme (currently sold at $17).

I’m thinking this could build into a 1:1 coaching offer CEO Clarity Intensive for overwhelmed business owners needing a clear plan for moving forward and out of overwhelm.
