Most men think regulation is a mood. It is not. It is capacity. The ability to stay present with what you feel without turning it into damage.
You react, then call it who you are. But the snap, the shutdown, the leak in your tone, that is a nervous system, not a character.
A man learns to hold his fire the way a mountain holds a volcano. Present with the heat. Not erupting with every surge.
Read it with me.
If it lands, save it and send it to a man who keeps erupting and calling it honesty.
