First Plane?
Looking to purchase my first aircraft this spring. Not looking to finance so my budget will be $70 to 85K. Mission is 80% of the time less than 250nm weekend day trips. 2-3 times a year would be 600nm flight.
Needs: GPS (IFR certified), good radios and transponder, 2 axis autopilot.
Wants: G5s (OK with six pack though), mid time engine
Was leaning towards a m20c or m20e. I’ve notice quite a few good deals on e series bonanzas. The lack of parts scare me though.
Also thought about going EAB like a rv9 or even a rv12 to keep flying relatively cheap.
Any thoughts?
