A boundary crossing is easier to interpret when the numbers behind it have been checked.
In your free RBI Starter Planner, find the review method field in Portfolio Policy Draft. Use a fictional practice case to make its first check explicit:
“Before interpreting drift, I will verify ______ against ______ dated ______.”
The blanks identify an input, its source and the date. They do not set a target percentage or tell you what to trade.
The Starter lesson describes several possible review findings: inputs need updating, the existing contribution rule may address the difference, a product needs investigation, or no change is justified. A boundary crossing alone cannot tell you which finding is supported.
Your action: add that first input check to the review method field. Keep this as a private workbook exercise; no holdings, balances or account screenshots are needed.
