Half Kneeling Stance Tips!

Half kneeling stances can be tricky if you don’t know how to root yourself firmly into the stance. It’s hard to work from a stance that is not rock solid. These are cues I normally focus on with clients when they are new to half kneeling stance movements.
Tucking your toes gives you a firm base so you don’t slide around & completes the chain. While tucking your hips adds more stability. Creating a strong foundation for upper body half kneeling movements.
These cues also work for other half kneeling movements like rows, overhead press, and chops as seen in the video below👇🏽
