Hi Everybody!
I’m 46 yrs old and a single Mom of a 15 yr old boy and 13 yr old girl. I work full time as a HomeCare Physical Therapist and live in Upstate, NY! Here to make a full lifestyle change to be healthier and stronger in both mind and body!
