Great job to Mike Barton for RECORDING his interviews
Yall are gonna get tired of hearing me talk about and praise Mike but he is doing EVERYTHING right right now.
Some of you come and over complicate the process.
Mike doesn't. He keeps it simple.
Some of yall come in and get stuck and say and do nothing.
Mike doesn't. He reaches out and asks for help.
Some of yall apply for tons of jobs and go on 20+ interviews and refuse to record them. And because you don't know what you're doing you make the SAME exact error 20x.
Mike doesn't. He records EVERYTHING which allows me to give him proper feedback so he can IMPROVE from one interview to the next.
If you are going to model yourself after ANYBODY let it be
