Gratitude is the little sister of love.❤️
My first podcast video for you about gratitude.
Love is the big, radiant sun — and gratitude is the warm morning light that gently touches your face and whispers, “Look… it’s already beautiful.”
🔅When we practice gratitude, we don’t just say “thank you.”
We shift our entire energy. We soften. We open. We glow.
But there are forces that quietly drain gratitude — and with it, our life force.
❗️1. Envy and Resentment
Envy says, “Why them and not me?”
Gratitude says, “If it’s possible for them, it’s possible for me too.”
Envy shrinks your heart.
Gratitude expands it.
Resentment keeps you stuck in comparison. Gratitude brings you back to your own path — and your path is enough.
❗️2. Arrogance and an Inflated Ego
Healthy self-confidence is beautiful. It allows you to stand tall, speak clearly, and shine authentically.
It says, “I know my worth.”
But when confidence becomes ego, something shifts.
It turns into arrogance.
It says, “I am better.”
There is a difference between knowing your light and trying to outshine everyone else.
True confidence is grounded and kind.
Arrogance needs applause.
When the ego takes the front seat, gratitude quietly leaves the room. Because gratitude requires humility — not humiliation, but the gentle awareness that we are supported, guided, and connected.
❗️3. Power and the Misuse of Power
Power itself is not the problem.
Power can build. Protect. Create change. Lead with wisdom.
Healthy power says, “I take responsibility.”
Abused power says, “I dominate.”
When power is misused, the heart closes.
And without heart, gratitude cannot breathe.
Gratitude reminds us that influence is a gift — not a weapon. That leadership is service. That strength without compassion becomes hardness.
🔅Gratitude should be practiced daily — like brushing your teeth for the soul.
🔅Be grateful for:
- What you have.
- The situations that shape you.
- The people who walk beside you.
- The lessons that challenge you.
- The simple miracle of being alive today.
🙏What are your things of gratitude?
🙏How do you feel about that?
Let me know that and share it with others. 🙌
In my opinion gratitude does not mean everything is perfect.
It means you choose to see the blessing within the imperfection.❤️
And when you do that something magical happens.
🙌
You step into your shining.
Into your true life force.
Into mental strength and emotional stability.
🔅
Gratitude stabilizes your nervous system.
It calms comparison.
It fuels resilience.
It keeps your heart soft and your spine strong.
So today, darling heart, choose gratitude.
Not because life is always easy.
But because your light deserves to shine.
And gratitude — sweet, gentle gratitude — is the doorway back to your love, your power, and your radiant, unstoppable life energy. ✨
All the best!
Pfiat di!
