$5 a record with a test run of up to 1,000 records. (If more is NEEDED, I'm negotiable.)
And I will pay for more if those work out. (Like the emails/snail mails don't bounce)

PS I thought I'd give Ronin first dibs on this. If I can't find a data hound here, I'll have to get it somewhere else.
PPS The person for this will likely KNOW how to do this or not. I'm not looking to teach folks about skip tracing and the software/data companies out there to do it.
