We’re officially in our second week here, and before anything else, I want to say thank you.

Thank you to those of you who joined early, who stepped into a new space without needing it to be loud or crowded first. Your presence, your thoughtfulness, and your energy are already shaping the tone of this room—and that matters more than numbers ever will.

And to those of you who are just arriving now, welcome. You’re not late. You’re right on time.
