9.15 - Granite Pebble
While I’m not 100% sure, I assume this pebble is some type of granite. I found it on the rocky shores of Montauk, NY. I love its smooth surface, yellow color, and random striations.
Obviously, these types of rocks are all over the beach. So abundant are they that it gets overwhelming looking for the coolest ones. But man, I will never get over the feeling of finding a good rock amongst the crowd. It’s a highly personal experience and one that brings me immense joy.
