Description:

This automation allows you to find and record viral YouTube videos, filtering by country and specific term, directly in your Google Sheets—ideal for those who want to track content trends in real time, whether for inspiration, curation, competitor analysis, or market research.

How it works:

Manual Execution: You start the workflow by clicking "Run Workflow."

Custom Input: Choose the country and the term (keyword) you want to monitor.

Smart Search: The automation queries the official YouTube API to search for the most popular videos in that country and filters by the desired term.

Data Collection: For each video found, extract complete information such as:

Title and description

Channel name and ID

Video category

Video link

Country of origin

Publish date

Views, likes, comments

Engagement rate (likes/views, comments/views)

Views per hour

Thumbnail (thumbnail URL)

Upload to Google Sheets: All organized results go directly to a Google Sheets spreadsheet, ready for analysis, reporting, or integration with other systems.

Main uses:

Track YouTube trends and viral videos in real time.

Research for niche content or keywords.

Competitive analysis and benchmarking.

Requirements:
