One pound may not seem like much, but to me, it feels enormous right now.
I have been fluctuating between 260 and 262 since late February.
I started my weight loss journey at my highest weight ever, 285.
As I mentioned in a previous post, that number terrified and motivated me.
I jumped on the scale this morning and dropped my jaw when it read 259.
With this new level unlocked, I feel motivated now more than ever.
I am marked with hope and mercy, and I felt all that in that moment on the scale.
A friend told me this morning that the past few months of struggle became my origin story.
Now I just have to determine my superhero name.
