Trying to get peeps to my group coaching calls so it's not just me and a green dot 😂
Title: Self-sabotage: What's really going on
Self-sabotage is so much deeper than discipline, willpower, motivation, or follow-through.
Most people think self-sabotage means something is wrong with them.
They think they’re lazy.
Not disciplined enough.
Or not good enough.
They think they need better time management,
more motivation,
stronger willpower,
or one more color-coded planner to finally get their life together.
They think they’re the problem. They're not. Their amygdala is.
Self-sabotage is never about weakness or skill sets.
It’s about safety.
Some part of you, a very old part, learned that staying small was safer than being seen.
That not trying meant not failing.
That keeping the grip tight was better than risking the fall.
That’s not a character flaw.
That’s survival intelligence that has outlived its usefulness.
Tomorrow, we’re going to look at what’s actually underneath the impulse to pump the brakes.
Not to judge, shame, or “fix” you.
But to understand.
Because once you understand the pattern, it loosens its grip.
Once you get to the root, you can pull that weed out so it never grows back.
If you sometimes feel like your own worst enemy, this call is for you.
Bring an open mind and the pattern you’re most tired of repeating.
If you can’t make it, the replay will be recorded and posted in the classroom.
But the vibe's better live✨
