Soul’d Out Retreats is a boutique agency helping conscious retreat leaders fill their retreats through aligned energetics, strategy and digital ecosystems.
We are looking for a senior-level Strategic Marketing & Client Operations Lead to become a core pillar of our company.
This is a leadership role for someone who can:
- Design VSL funnels & WhatsApp funnel ecosystems
- Architect booking systems that convert
- Own client strategy and delivery
- Lead operations and coordinate team members
- Bridge conscious/spiritual clients with real 3D systems
- Can act as a bridge between the 3D world and the 5D world to materialize digital systems that support our client's vision.
Non-negotiable experience with:
Meta Ads, Google Ads, VSL funnels, Systeme.io, WhatsApp funnels, booking funnels, and project management tools.
If you’re organized, reliable, strategic, and excited to work with conscious entrepreneurs — this role has long-term leadership potential.
💼 Fixed salary + 3-month paid trial + growth path
