I know that this is meant to be a Thursday post but I wanted to say it before race season begins. āAero water bottlesā - if you arenāt doing long distance events then just go and get them. Will likely save you a few watts for zero effort. I am talking about the Trek style ones as opposed to those older TT ones. The cages still work with your normal rounded bottles which is pretty handy. I believe that they are as secure as your traditional bottles too? I havenāt heard any bad reviews personally AliExpress or panda podium would be cheaper alternatives. Photo below! If you are doing 8 hour long gravel races then itās probably not the most practical thing so itās more relevant to people doing shorter races. But I think itās worth trying out š«”

Coaches, I have a 1.5 hour ride today titled z4/z5 All the power numbers are within that range. However the ride description says itās an anaerobic session and all blocs should me maximal. Can you point me in the right direction. Thx

Race predictions, weāre going to start with UAE tour!
Race schedule for men and women (and the broadcast list for those watching in USA). Weāre in the process of getting a spreadsheet made so you can enter your pick easily for each stage of a specific race. Basically the rules are simple: Stage races you pick one person for each stage (CANNOT repeat picks, no Pog every summit finish ok). 1st - 25pts 2nd - 24pts āāāāāāā 25th - 1pt 26th and on - 0pts Weāll be mostly using the honor system because I feel like we should only be responsible for our own score. Also, I think it would be fun to track the 10 classics from Strade-Bianche to LBL cumulatively, let us know your thoughts on this. I think itāll mix things up since youāll have to pick smartly!
