๐ŸŒฒ Spend 20+ minutes outdoors โœ”๏ธ

๐Ÿฅ™ Eat healthy and mostly whole foods โœ”๏ธ
๐Ÿฒ Calorie Goal (~2000 calories each day) โŒ I went over my calorie limit today ~ 575 calories.
