Day 2 of the R.E.S.E.T. framework centered around an action (or anti-action) word that can be either freeing or overwhelming depending on our state of mind, work, and overall life: explore.
Today we had a very interesting conversation as we discussed all of the different ways that the concept of "exploration" can be interpreted: as a way of stretching your imagination to its limit, doing research, laying foundations for bigger goals and dreams, as a way of trying on a new set of routines and rituals for size, or as a means of preparation for future life phases as current phases wind down.
We also talked about resistance to exploration being a natural sign of progressing to the next stop on the framework: simplify.
Thank you to , , , , and for joining us today! For those watching the replay, here's one simply prompt for you: what could a short, manageable exploration practice built into your everyday routines or rituals look like?
See you all tomorrow for Day 2!
