Does this make sense?

So I am trying to describe a Clarity Playshop (instead of workshop) as a team building exercise for corporate. Can be done in person or virtually.

It's a team building exercise to help people problem solve using metaphor brainstorming and storytelling. This takes away some of the high stakes of being too close to the problem and to help build consensus on a way forward. Increases productivity and team collaboration.
