π± Week 1: Returning to What Was Always There
If youβre here, thank you. Truly.
Being early in something new takes courage.
Rise Again was created for people who feel stuck β not because they lack ability, but because life, responsibility, fear, or survival slowly pulled them away from who they were created to be.
This week, weβre starting gently.
Not with goals.
Not with pressure.
But with memory.
When I was a child β around eight years old β I used to stand on a jerry can in front of a mirror, holding a torch for light, and sing my heart out. No audience. No applause. Just joy. Just knowing.
Over time, I learned that many therapists, spiritual guides, and even Scripture point to this truth:
Who you were before the noise often holds clues to who youβre meant to become.
So for Week 1, our theme is:
Return.
Hereβs a simple reflection (no need to overthink it):
π When you were 7β10 years old:
What did you love doing?
What made you feel alive?
What came naturally to you?
You donβt have to share if youβre not ready.
But if you are, Iβd love to hear a few lines in the comments.
This is not a race.
This is a rebuilding
.
Iβm glad youβre hereπ
