🌱 Week 1: Returning to What Was Always There
If you’re here, thank you. Truly.
Being early in something new takes courage.
Rise Again was created for people who feel stuck — not because they lack ability, but because life, responsibility, fear, or survival slowly pulled them away from who they were created to be.
This week, we’re starting gently.
Not with goals.
Not with pressure.
But with memory.
When I was a child — around eight years old — I used to stand on a jerry can in front of a mirror, holding a torch for light, and sing my heart out. No audience. No applause. Just joy. Just knowing.
Over time, I learned that many therapists, spiritual guides, and even Scripture point to this truth:
Who you were before the noise often holds clues to who you’re meant to become.
So for Week 1, our theme is:
Return.
Here’s a simple reflection (no need to overthink it):
👉 When you were 7–10 years old:
What did you love doing?
What made you feel alive?
What came naturally to you?
You don’t have to share if you’re not ready.
But if you are, I’d love to hear a few lines in the comments.
This is not a race.
This is a rebuilding
.
I’m glad you’re here🙂
