Chain wrestling of an inside trip
Recently I’ve been incorporating inside trip into my game and although I have a pretty good one I’m having trouble chain wrestling off of it. I usually get to it by doing a Russian tie let go of the hand holding the guys wrist let him under hook me then either get an opposite side under hook or collar tie and inside trip him. Sometime I do an uchi mata or foot sweep to chain wrestle into it but I was wondering any move u can do if it fails because any time the inside trip fails I’m in a very awkward position and don’t really know what to do and the guy usually just runs me over and gets the take down. Anyway any help or tips would be greatly appreciated thanks.
