🎤 You don't need a big following to get on stage. You need a story.
I see so many people waiting for permission.
"I'll speak once I have more experience.""I'll pitch once I have a bigger audience."
Meanwhile, speakers with smaller followings are getting booked because they did one thing: they owned their story.
Your story the messy, real, "I struggled with X and figured out Y" version is what audiences actually connect with. Not your follower count. Not your polished credentials.
The truth: You don't get the podium because you're ready. You get it because you ask.
