This private community is home to Sessions with Ric Pipino, a six-month live mentorship for professional hairdressers. Twice each month, Ric leads a focused Zoom presentation followed by live questions on technique, client relationships, career decisions, and navigating the industry. Members can submit questions, revisit every session in the recording library, and connect with other professionals between calls.
As Ric Pipino Education grows, this community will also become home to Behind the Chair, a structured collection of filmed lessons covering Ric’s approach to consultation, technique, signature haircuts, fashion, editorial, and building a lasting career.
