We use AI to fill painting contractors’ calendars with booked homeowner appointments. Your job is to get painters on the phone and book them a call with our closer.

🔥 THE WORK

This is cold calling. You don’t need to know every detail of what we sell, and the website covers anything you want to dig into.

Stay consistent for your first 2 weeks and you’ll usually move to warmer prospects.

💰 THE PAY

✅ 5% commission on every sale

✅ Two packages: 10K(500 to you) and 4,500(225 to you)

✅ Top setter gets a $250 bonus every month 🏆

✅ Paid weekly or after each close, through whatever payment method works for you

✅ The more volume and consistency, the more you make

📊 WHAT TO EXPECT

📅 Show rate: mine is around 50%. Yours might start at 5–10% and climbs as your follow-ups improve (follow-ups matter A LOT)

🤝 Close rate: our closers close 60–70% of calls

🎯 Your target: 5–10 booked meetings a day within your first 30 days

These numbers decide your commission.
