Autgen AI develops AI-powered automation solutions that help businesses improve lead response, qualify potential customers, automate follow-ups and book appointments.

Our initial target market is independent and team-led USA real estate brokerages.

We have a working product demo and are looking to build a reliable B2B sales team.

Responsibilities

Research USA real estate brokerages and identify decision-makers.
Prospect through LinkedIn, email and other approved B2B channels.
Initiate personalized conversations with brokerage owners and managing brokers.
Qualify prospects based on their business needs.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Schedule qualified discovery meetings with our team.
Maintain accurate outreach and lead records.

Our team will handle product demonstrations, final sales negotiations and technical delivery.

Compensation

Earn $500 USD for every qualifying new customer you personally source who signs an agreement and completes the agreed initial payment.

This is a commission-only opportunity with no fixed salary or guaranteed earnings.

Commission attribution, payment timing, cancellations and other conditions will be agreed in writing before starting.

Requirements

Previous B2B appointment-setting or lead-generation experience.
Excellent written English.
Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email or prospect research.
Ability to communicate professionally with business owners.
Reliable follow-up and organization.
