Is anyone taking the Reta/cargi blend …. I just ordered the 40mg Reta/5mg cargi , I currently am on tirziptide 15mg and I’ve lost 43 pounds but the last couple months I’ve lost under 5 pounds so I feel like I have hit a plateau. Does anyone have any suggestions on what mg I should start with the Reta/cargi blend , when i ask chat gpt it says 2mg
