Just finished the newest podcast episode — really enjoyed it. You brushed over your diet briefly, but I’d actually be interested to see what an average day of eating looks like for you. Mainly just to compare it to my own and maybe make a few adjustments.
I know it’s a little off-topic from the main content, but it does tie in slightly about getting back to that solid baseline physically and mentally. I noticed you train a lot and mentioned eating around a kg of meat a day. I’m nowhere near that, but I do eat a minimum of 6 eggs a day plus a lot of Skyr yogurt.
Just wondering if you’ve noticed any real difference between getting most protein from dairy/eggs vs mostly meat, or if there’s a reason you lean so heavily into meat specifically. Thought it could be an interesting discussion because I’m sure others here are probably curious too if I was.
