Picture it.
A community venue funded by thrift and retail sales partnering with small local businesses to help meet needs that lack resources. My concept is pay it forward with dignity. I envision people leaving more than they take. Everyone has something to offer. Whether it be items donated, services provided or other opportunities.
I want to help kids sports and curricular expenses.
I wanna cover the gas when someone just needs to get to work. I want to empower and lift the community.
Local businesses could offer temporary help or discount services. Finding ways to stop the snowball effect that can bury a family.
I have been working in financial assistance for years and resources and funding is dwindling. I envision a better future.
