I used to think resilience meant pushing through no matter what.
But over time I’ve realised… a lot of what we call “resilience” is actually just learning how to stay connected to yourself while things are hard.
Because you can push through anything for a while…but if you’re constantly overriding yourself, it eventually catches up.
Real resilience, for me, has started to look more like:staying steady, aware, and honest with yourself even in pressure
not just forcing your way through it
Curious…
When things get tough for you, do you tend to push harder… or stay connected to yourself?
