Reset, Refocus, Renew is a supportive 4-week fitness and nutrition bootcamp designed to help you start the new year with clarity, consistency, and confidence — without overwhelm.
This program focuses on simple, sustainable habits rather than perfection or extremes. Over four weeks, you’ll reset routines, refocus mindset and nutrition awareness, renew strength and confidence, and build momentum you can carry beyond the bootcamp.
What’s included:
• Two live 30-minute online group workouts per week (all levels welcome)
• Nutrition guidance with your choice of Mediterranean (moderate low-carb) or Keto
• Weekly group check-ins and accountability prompts
• Mindset and reflection exercises
• A supportive private community
This is a group-based program focused on building consistency, awareness, and confidence through realistic movement and nutrition practices.
