Open Group Healing Session Notes
Great Session tonight. I forgot to record it but here are the pieces that showed up.
People are having difficulty with some illnesses that are going around.
Here is a code for that.
Cold and Flu
I am fully engaged in respect for what is introduced to my environment. Welcoming with grace what it can teach me. That together we become the best of our creation, without harm.

I also played "Held" and boosted the energy activating more intently in the song.
And I played "Remember Your Worth" for the Large Intestines.
Worked on the Lung Meridian and finished up with the Large Intestine meridian and Letting Go.
Bringing in the light to cleanse and let it do the work.
Being the the kindest and most benevolent you can be and hold space there without doing, Just being.
Remember to do your daily Pangu Shengong Qigong with a calm and open heart.
