Fire Water
This came up in a group healing session a couple weeks ago.
Years ago I met a woman who introduced me to muscle testing. It was one of the early steps to my healing and feeling confident that me and my family could be well.
Anyway, she also told be about how this Fire Water changed her allergies and cold/flu symptoms so drastically. Just take a swig every hour or so.
I later learned that this recipe was used clear back in the 1700's. I have a copy of the actual book and its fascinating.
Anyway. Some things are going around and I started drinking it again. Made a batch and sipped on it all week.
I'm on vacation now and dropped at the store to make a quick version and found this perfect cup to make it in. 16 Oz. Glass cup, glass sealing lid and glass straw. Made some up and have the perfect swig set up. Love it!
Recipe
Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, ginger
1/2 Teaspoon ground cloves, turmeric
2 Tablespoons organic raw honey (to taste, go easy)
1 cut very hot water ( pour over the above and let sit for an hour)
Add
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar ( I use a little less)
Fill with clean water to make 2 cupish.
Swig throughout the day and remake when done. It's about 2-3 days worth.
It is spicy. It needs to be. The rest is adjustable to preference but the Cayenne pepper and ginger are the star ingredients.
Be careful with children, dilute to prevent burns.
I had only whole cloves, that's the dark thing.
