I’m a 15yr trying to better himself everyday.
Been training for a year and a half now (consistently for 3/4 months)
Lost 8kg and gained 6 kg back(in the first 3 ones I weighted about 74/76 kg cut to 67kg then bulked up to 73kg where I currently stand at. If anyone needs any advice I’m open for discussion.
I was bullied to the ground (the last photo was from 3 years ago) never got along with people and I was insecure about my appearance to the point of depression. Covid fucked my confidence and social skills. I was lost but I found a way out. Got fixated on the gym and the results are from dedicating my time and energy into bodybuilding through try and error I found out what works and what doesn’t work for me.
