Hey everyone, David here.

I've been in sales my whole life, and in real estate for over 25 years. I've been a realtor, mortgage broker, property inspector, rehabber, wholesaler, and an investor. If there's a way to make money in real estate, I've probably tried it.

At the beginning of 2024, I started doing cold email to find sellers.

And here's the thing. When I started, I never expected that two years later I'd have an AI bot running it for me. But that's where we are. Things are changing that fast.

This is something we can actually use right now. Set it up, let it do the daily cold email work, and spend our own time on the things that matter. Talking to sellers. Marketing in other ways. Or just getting our time back.

It's like having an employee working for you. That's what Carl is, and that's what this group is about.
