Hello, I'm Jay 👋
Reiki healing was foreign to me, until Amy healed a splitting headache I'd suffered from.
Since then, she's taught me the importance of understanding grounding, energy flow and how we are all unified to singularity. Whoohh, that just hit me HARD.
