Hello and nice to meet you
I'm Jeff, introduced herself to me in another community so I came to visit her space here. I am interested in many things, artistic activities physical activities mystical activities. Currently, i've been trying to maintain a daily ritual that includes grounding and exercise outdoors First thing in the morning, ( now that the snow is gone) language practice, a tarot card pull and notes, some juggling, tea and cooking a hearty breakfast. Yesterday, I enjoyed a fabulous walk in the woods and a visit to a wildlife sanctuary, where they have injured birds taken care of.
I look forward to i'm learning and sharing with each of you
