I'm Catherine Bassett, a product management leader with 20+ years in international software and e-commerce experience. I've worked in nimble startups all the way to Fortune 500 companies, giving me the rich perspective of a woman in tech and business.
Throughout my journey, I've encountered and overcome many of the challenges that technology professionals face - from imposter syndrome to burnout. These experiences have helped me develop practical strategies and approaches that create sustainable success in our fast-paced industry.
