I’m impressed by the effort that goes into building a community like this. Creating a space where people continue showing up is not easy.
What has been the most rewarding part of building this community?
How to scout effectively:
When you join a Skool community, look for:
Founder is active but overwhelmed
Lots of members but low discussion
Good course content but poor organization
Few weekly posts
Members asking unanswered questions
No clear onboarding process
Those are signs where your service can help.
After you’ve contributed for a while, you can naturally say something like:
I’ve been noticing a few ideas that could improve engagement here. Happy to share if it would be useful.
