🚨You Found A Big Deal
In an effort to create value and to play in the big leagues. I came across this “dot” ~$18MM or so subdivision development opportunity. Here’s the thing I happen to know a high luxury custom builder and developer. He got the capital and all the right connections to pull off a deal this size. I’m just showing up and playing my role.. And we’ll see where we land on this big deal.
