Fitness Fact
Your muscles don’t actually get stronger in the gym—they get stronger while you rest!
When you lift weights, you’re creating tiny tears in your muscle fibers. Your body repairs and rebuilds them strongerduring rest and recovery, especially when you get enough sleep and protein.
So if you’re skipping rest days or running on 4 hours of sleep, you’re actually holding back your gains. Work hard, but recover harder! 💪
