Hey! Im Lexi and I am currently working in banking and looking to start investing in real estate as well. I a have been researching information about tax deeds and liens for a few months now and ready to get going. I worry about buying a property thats too far gone and I won't be about to sell it. I am looking to wholesale at first and maybe down the road as I learn I may start flipping houses myself.
