The goal of this community is to help each other reach our physique goals and become the greatest version of ourselves!
I will be actively updating the course and continuously adding value to you guys... whether it's the lifting program, diet framework, weight check-ins, etc.
As well as weekly live calls in the near future and of course 24/7 support for any questions that pop up.
A couple of things I ask:

- You don't have to post it here, but you'll want to see where you first started on your journey.
- Trust me, you’ll be grateful when you look back and see how much you've changed.
2. Be Respectful To Each Other!
- We're all growing together and everyone has different starting points.
- Keep the community chat related to fitness (Any severe violations will result in an immediate ban).
