This space was created for women who are tired of the games, who know there is something more, and are ready to remember who they are — not the version shaped by trauma, toxic relationships, or constant sacrifice… but the woman inside saying, “I’m still here.”
I was exactly where you are. I made the decision to leave with three children in tow. For four months, we were homeless. It was the hardest season of my life. But God carried us through it — step by step.
What I wished for most during that time was someone who understood. Someone who could walk beside me while I rebuilt.
That’s why I became an Empowerment Coach.
Not to preach. Not to perform. But to sit with you, guide you, and help you move forward with strength and clarity.
This is not a place for perfection. Nor is it a place for drama or endless ex-bashing.
It’s a place for honesty. Growth. Reclaiming what was always yours.
As your Empowerment Coach, I will guide you through:

• Healing after emotional abuse
• Rebuilding after toxic dynamics
• Restoring self-worth
• Finding yourself again — and building a stronger version
You don’t have to perform here. You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to show up as you are — and let me coach you through the rest.
We’ll break cycles. Set boundaries. Restore self-trust. Build a life that actually feels like yours.
We will honor the past — but we will not live there.
