I’m just curious what’s the point of my VA calling the leads in the CRM? They are telling me the leads are not interested or they already talked to the leads on txt and basically they wanna call fresh leads - And then they are saying they wanna dial for 4 hours and then focus on the txts for the other 4 hours because they are having a hard time shifting through go high level and back to the dialer. I put a list in the dialer that we texted a few times and excluded the leads that replied but then again that’s them calling new leads basically. Just confused and need some guidance here
