1-Man Show + 1 VA
I’m currently running a 1-man show with the help of 1 VA. On top of that, I’m attending college, so my time for real estate is limited.
Right now I’m trying to figure out the best way to consistently push 2–3 deals a month. For those who’ve been in this position before, what would you focus on next?
- Hiring another VA?
- Bringing on a dispo/closer?
- Delegate TC?
Any advice while managing limited time would mean a lot
