Today, I’m focusing on the little things that make me feel good—starting with a morning run, protein oatmeal, and some hot Pilates after work. Lunch is a simple, fresh salad, and fingers crossed my fiancé cooks up something delicious for dinner- I saw some salmon in the fridge 👀🤤. Plus, aiming for those 10K steps AND 8 + hours of sleep! How are you taking care of yourself today?
